An impressive 24" circular "Double Bubble" balloon. The external balloon is constructed from smooth tough stretchy see-through plastic which gives an amazing 3-D effect and can float up to 5 weeks. In addition, it never oxidise and is non-allergic. This outer shell is decorated with "white, foaming wave patterns, with the inner dolphin shaped foil balloon appearing to leap out of the water.


Once you have chosen your balloon you can upgrade it to a beautiful balloon bunch! Our bouquet selector will give you an idea of how it might look. The extra balloons chosen will be carefully matched in colour and shape to your main balloon by our balloon decorators to create a spectacular bouquet!
